Snake BBQ method
Short description and my results
Page content
This post is just to show a nice photo of the snake-arranged coals in my BBQ, ready to fire.

Putting coals in the kettle style BBQ this way and firing them up from one end ia called “Snake Method”.
It is surprising that it lasts that long and doesn’t require much of handling.
And there is a place in the middle for a foil tray with water.
What to cook
I did cook on this the pork ribs and beef ribs. On different occasions :)
Temperature & time
Surprisingly, this simple arrangement method allowed me to get a very steady temperature ~180C throughout all cook.
This snake on the photo lasted for more then 6 hours.
Temperature outside was ~20C, no wind.
